I know that the following will be hard to believe, but it's true, every word! (Well, obviously paraphrased but, you know, true!)
My poor Royal had to have his wisdom teeth out last week. Luckily for us, they were already in so the dentist could just pull the teeth instead of having to put him to sleep and surgically remove them, which would have cost us much more.
The dental assistant was a cute blonde that was probably about my age (25). While she was getting Royal set up for the procedure she was asking the usual questions about where he was from and what he was doing now, things of that nature, the norm.
Then there was this:
Dental Chick: Do you have princes and kings over there?
Royal: Yes.
DC: So is Prince William actually a prince then?
R: Yeah. (he couldn't answer really because, um, he's in the dentist chair with stuff in his mouth!)
DC: I wish Prince William would come over here and ask me to marry him!
I went to Germany once when I was really little. Is he going to be King of Germany as well?
R: Nope... that's a different country.
DC: Oh. But, are they not attached...?
R: No. Britain's an island.
The dentist came in at some point and ended it there with a roll of the eyes and a "she does that sometimes" kinda comment.
But wow.
During his telling of the story I kept throwing out "No, she didn't! No. She. Didn't! No way!" and giggling with glee.
I'm going to have to have a specific 'Royal in America' section on my sidebar soon, the stories are adding up!

At least it must have taken his mind off the job in hand.
I had a large molar removed recently with a local and he had to tell me when it was done. I just didn't feel it.

You know, I think it did! Royal said she was very nice, just asked some interesting questions!
We both dread going to the dentist - It's fantastic that you had a great appointment - keep going to that dentist! :o)
