-- Update --
Normally I put updates at the bottom, I know, but the videos have been removed and I haven't been able to find the full episodes in the short time I've looked. If anyone knows where to find them, please leave it in the comments or email me! Sorry about this guys.
-- Update --
Ross Kemp has a new television show on Sky called Ross Kemp: Return to Afghanistan. Royal's Dad (who was also a Royal Marine Commando, by the way) clued us in and we've been watching on You Tube.
Here is the overview off of Sky's website:
Ross revisits Helmand province one year on. Ross Kemp Return To Afghanistan sees Ross join up with the Canterbury-based Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders (5 Scots).
“I've been in Afghanistan with 5 Scots for a month and it’s a very different war since I was here a year ago but the fighting with the Taliban is as intense as ever”, Ross Kemp.
Ross investigates how things have changed in the year since he was last in the war torn province, how the British and coalition forces are combating the changing tactics of the Taliban, as well as looking into the conditions the troops face and how the reconstruction of this war torn country is progressing.
Ross said, “The war’s changed in that the Taliban are using far more IEDs and anti-personnel mines. You don’t have to feed an anti-personnel mine; you don’t have to feed an IED.”
Ross Kemp in Afghanistan was broadcast in January 2008 and followed 1 Royal Anglian Regiment in Helmand province.
For those who are not able to catch it on tv, here are the You Tube vids for the first episode (language warning):
Unlike when I posted the Commando: On the Front Line series, I don't have any notes from Royal (at least for this episode). Unless you want to count the Marine vs. Army comments... no Royal Marine Commando would spark up in the middle of a contact! Bad drills. You know, things like that.
To go to Episode 2.

The videos have been removed by the user. I'm sick again today (note: bladder spasms not so fun) but I'll search for them when I feel better! Sorry!
